I started adding penut butter toast to my morning routine and I couldn’t be happier!

Oh don’t mind me looking like the detective emoji 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♀️….but that’s exactly what I am doing. Being a detective. Why? This past week after my usual breakfast, I was picky. Like I’m picking at everything! Meaning I am immediately eating 1/2 a protein bar, grabbing some lily chocolate or eating a bag of popcorn.
