Satisfaction. That’s a great word. Isn’t it? So how often are you satisfied? Honestly? Think about this? When you go all out on the weekend what’s the first thing you think about after all the indulgence? “Monday, I am getting back on track. I am going to be so good.” Monday comes, here you go with your egg whites and broccoli and you feel back in your power. Back on track!!!! Woohoo! But now.... now you are in deprivation mode. What does that mean? That means those egg whites and broccoli are going to get old and quick! So, Thursday night, your probably going to eat the whole kitchen while you wait for your chicken and broccoli to cook. This my friend... all this is the DIS. Deprivation Indulgence Scale. This bullshit roller coaster we are all on bc of the diet culture we grew up in. NONE OF THIS IS YOUR FAULT! NONE OF THIS MEANS YOUR WEAK. My friends, mi amigas.... no meal happens in isolation!!!! What if you could eat the same Monday as you do Friday night? What if every meal was satisfying? It can be... The best thing about this??? You only have to do this once! No more wasting money on diet plan or cuts!!!! No more counting or measuring! No more cutting out entire food groups!!! You do this once.... and your done. PERIOD. In Jan. 2021. I will show you how.
